Ever since I started on this blog, I began to want to taking pictures for documentation. Somehow I manage to leave behind my 3-year old Sony camera back home and my husband was unable to lend me his camera as he uses it for office work. After whining about it, my husband surprises me by suggesting to buy me a camera when we were doing our grocery shopping in E-mart.
I cant possibly this man more when he bought me this cool and above the price range camera! "Moshi So Yo!"
It has some nice selection of pre-set frames not unlike the ones on instant camera sticker booths (I remember those high-school days, making faces in front of the camera in the booths). It also has sensitive touch buttons to easy control of scrolling (I personally prefer the low-tech digital cam clicker to view picture archive) and it also came with 1G memory SDM card!
Starting from the 1st day, I started to snap pictures on our pre-renovated apartment and wanted to keep the pictures as keepsake. However, when I took the camera to Milan for work, and while in a hurry snapping pictures and deleting them, I accidentally scrolled to 'yes' to 'delete all?'. I was devastated but kept my cool.
So okay, always learn from mistakes- scroll slower, pay attention to the commands and of course, save work.
I cant believe my dumb luck when again I did the exact same mistake today when I was documenting the making of Kimchi. Thank goodness of manual work of writing notes down else how can share the recipe to my friends.
Ironic about this is that, when the furnitures came and we began to upload all our things into our new cabinets, I found my old handy Sony camera. Wait till I tell my husband about it...
