No Green Fingers For Aerogrow

I was sold into this new technology whereby anyone with normal average capabilities and no experience in the gardens, to grow beautiful, organic, and pesticide-free greens and flowers.
I can put this self-automated, built-in plant lighting system, nasa-tested Aerogrow's "pot" on my kitchen table and watch the greens grow day by day.
It seemed such a great idea to purchase this "pot" at that time, thinking I will be plucking out the greens for my salad or just for decoration (a nice conversation piece of art/technology).
Somehow, the enthusiasm simmered down. The "pot" is still yet to be open and tested by normal me.
